ORDERS OUTSIDE OF USA:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150 USD. Please note: Import duties and taxes are your responsibility upon arrival in your destination country, in case there are any.

Undelivered Packages:
If delivery attempts fail, we kindly ask you to reach out to the carrier right away to arrange a new delivery or make alternative plans.

If packages are returned due to repeated delivery failures or lack of communication with the carrier, refunds cannot be issued. We suggest working with the carrier to ensure smooth delivery.
