Orders can’t be modified or canceled once the tracking number is generated (usually within 24 hours).

- 30-day free returns (unworn/unused).

Return the original item, then place a new order for the correct size/color.

Q9: Are shoes shipped in their original box?  
No. To prevent damage during transit, we ship shoes wrapped in protective bubble wrap (no box included).
