Return Policy for USA Orders

We hope you adore your True Deals Club purchase! However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, rest assured, our return process is seamless.

All products available at TrueDealsClub.com can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date, provided they meet the specified return criteria outlined below.

Return Process:

1. Reach Out First: 
- Prior to initiating a return, kindly contact our dedicated customer service team to commence the process. For our customers in the USA, we offer the convenience of a prepaid return label. Contact us Page.

2. Eligibility Verification:
- Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment to ensure it meets our return standards.

3. Refund Procedure:
- Following the verification of the item's condition, we will promptly proceed with issuing a refund for the returned item.

Please note that True Deals Club does not compensate for items marked as delivered by any carrier.

Exchanges:

Upon returning the item, and once the return is accepted, we will promptly process the exchange and dispatch the same item in the size you desire.

Important Notes:

- Do Not Send to Address on the Package:
- Please avoid returning the item to the address on the package, as it serves solely as a logistics center we hire for dispatching packages only. Sending the item to this address will not result in a refund.

Tracking Number Limitation:

- Once a tracking number is generated, your order is no longer in our possession and is already in transit. Therefore, we are unable to process refunds at this time. However, as soon as you receive the item, you can initiate the return process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Please note that items from our "SALE" collection are non-returnable.

Return Policy with Worry-Free Purchase Protection

- Worry-Free Purchase Protection - Buyer Protection:
Worry-Free Purchase Protection, offered in partnership with 17TRACK, provides coverage for items received not as described, damaged in transit, and lost items that meet the following criteria:

- Loss: International packages not delivered within 60 days after order fulfillment are considered lost. Lost packages will be compensated for the actual item(s) value paid.
* If the carrier marks the item as delivered, True Deals Club and/or Worry-Free Protection is not obligated to compensate the customer.

- Damage: Worry-Free Purchase Protection covers items damaged to the extent that they are unusable, such as being fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc. However, it does not cover cosmetic damage, manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items. Compensation for damaged items will be up to the value paid for the purchased item(s).

True Deals Club does not compensate for items marked as delivered by any carrier.

CHARGEBACKS: To enhance the resolution process and ensure customer satisfaction, we encourage customers to contact our customer support team before initiating any chargebacks. Direct communication allows us to promptly address concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution. Customers are kindly requested to reach out to us for assistance, inquire about items, or seek clarification on any issues.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period:

For customers within the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. 

International Return Policy with Worry-Free Purchase Protection

International Return Process without Worry-Free Purchase Protection:

Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page https://truedealsclub.com/pages/contact-us to notify us of your intention to return the item(s).

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be made within 25 days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the item(s) to our designated receiving warehouse in Florida, USA.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. We do not cover shipping expenses for international returns.

Exceptions: Please note that items from our "SALE" collection are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Undelivered Packages or Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we strongly encourage customers to promptly contact the carrier using the provided contact information to reschedule the delivery or make necessary arrangements. If the merchandise is returned to sender due to repeated delivery failures or non-contact with the carrier, please be aware that we will not issue a refund. We recommend proactively coordinating with the carrier to ensure successful delivery of your order.
